The lovely and cozy BLUE STUDIO, fully renovated in 2019, is in the heart of Rome, near the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
It is in the pleasant residential Esquilino neighborhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, where you can appreciate the REAL roman way of life, and just a short walk from Termini train station, connected non-stop with both airports.
A short walk away  there is a wide choice of restaurants, the oldest I Italian Gelato (Ice Cream) Factory/shop is around the corner, and many shops, groceries, cafés and parks are nearby as well.
Besides being very convenient for walking to many touristic  spots, the apartment is ideally situated to use public transportation as it is only 100 meters from Manzoni Metro Station and lots of bus lines. It is just two metro stops to Termini station, 5 stops to the Trevi Fountain and 8 stops to the Vatican-St. Peter’s (15 minutes  from home).
The apartment is in an early 1940s restored building, very elegant, safe and quiet, with a shared garden.
It’s a charming, colorful and modern  studio, with living space, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, as a plus, there is an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome.
The studio is 100% NO SMOKING, but you can smoke outside!
